I See You.
You've spent years showing up for everyone else. The career. The family. The responsibilities. Always capable. Always reliable. Always fine.
But somewhere along the way the life you built started feeling like it belonged to someone else. You can't quite explain it. And that's the part that's hardest — feeling this way when everything looks fine from the outside.
Here's what I want you to know.
You are not alone. More women than you know are sitting exactly where you are right now.
And you know more than you think you do. The answers aren't somewhere out there. They're already in you. You just need space to hear them.
That's what we create together.

How We Work Together
My coaching is built around three simple but powerful shifts. Permission. Possibility. Proof.
First we give you permission to want more. Then we open up what's actually possible. Then we build the evidence that you can trust yourself.
You already have everything you need. We just create the space for you to access it.
1
Permission
Give yourself permission to want more. To stop performing. To put yourself on your own list — maybe for the first time.
3
Proof
Build the evidence. Small steps. Real wins. A growing trust in yourself and your own voice.
Permission. Possibility. Proof.
Three shifts. Real results.
You are not alone. And you know more than you think you do.
Let's find out what's possible together.

2
Possibility
Open up what's actually available to you. What you really want. What your next chapter looks like when you stop shrinking.
About
I'm Lisa Diamond — certified life coach and someone who knows what rock bottom actually looks like.
I spent decades being the woman who had it together. Successful career. Busy family. Always showing up. Always reliable. Always fine.
Except I wasn't.
In 2017 I hit a wall I couldn't climb over. My mental health collapsed. I ended up hospitalized. And for the first time in my adult life I had to stop completely. No powering through. No managing it. No keeping up appearances. Just stop.
What came out the other side of that experience changed everything. I discovered coaching. I did the real work. I learned to listen to myself instead of outrunning myself.
And then in 2022 — eight days into a new job I had worked hard to get — I had a stroke. I said my name when the surgeon asked. And I went back to work two days later.
Because that's what I knew how to do. Show up. Keep going. Look fine.
I'm still learning to receive what happened to me. And that honesty — that willingness to still be in it while helping others through it — is what I bring to every coaching relationship.
I don't have it all figured out. But I've been to the bottom. And I know the way back.
That's what I offer you.
